Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Confederation for Quality in Early Childhood Care and Education (CQ-ECCE), we value your participation and strive to make your experience smooth and transparent. Below is our cancellation and refund policy related specifically to delegate registrations for PRARAMBH 2025 – India’s Early Childhood Education Leadership Summit:

1. Cancellation of Delegate Registration

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of completing the registration and payment.

After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted as logistics, materials, and delegate kits are planned in advance.

To request cancellation within 24 hours, please write to us at info@cq-ecce.org or call our delegate support team.

2. No Cancellation After 24 Hours

Once 24 hours have passed from the time of registration, no cancellation or refund will be processed, regardless of attendance.

Delegate passes are transferable and non-refundable beyond this period.

3. Event Postponement or Cancellation

In the unlikely event that PRARAMBH 2025 is cancelled or postponed by the organizers, delegates will have the option to:

Receive a full refund, or

Adjust the registration fee towards the rescheduled event.

4. Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved as per the above terms, the amount will be processed within 1–2 business days via the original payment method.
